Review Notifications

What this does

Send supported review events to configured notification destinations.

Steps

1. Open Reviews, then Notifications.
2. Review existing destinations and their scope.
3. Create or edit a destination.
4. Choose supported review filters and delivery settings.
5. Save and verify the destination is active.

Destination and rule reference

Destination defines Google Chat or another released channel; coverage defines eligible locations; rules define events; Enable controls delivery; Send Test verifies the saved destination. Edit changes future delivery; Delete stops it. This control is covered by the Review Notifications workflow.

Coverage and scope

Create an all-location destination from All Locations. A location page intentionally limits coverage to that location and cannot expand beyond its current scope.

Permissions and scope

• No Access hides or blocks the module. Read Only permits viewing but disables changes. Editor permits the documented create, edit, publish, or administrative actions within the user's assigned scope.

Mobile

• On narrow screens, open the sidebar or overflow menu to reach the same actions; labels and save behavior are unchanged unless this article says otherwise.
