Managing roles

What this does

Roles combine module permissions and access levels for managed users.

Steps

1. Open Users, then Roles.
2. Create a role or open an existing role.
3. Set each required module's access level.
4. Save the role.
5. Assign it to the appropriate users and scope.

What happens next

Your change is available within the scope you selected.

Warnings

• Role changes can immediately change what a user can view or edit.
