What this does

Connect Canva and bring approved designs into supported SmartQ creative workflows.

Steps

  1. Open Integrations and connect Canva if needed.
  2. Open Creative Studio.
  3. Choose the Canva action shown in the workspace.
  4. Authorize or select the design.
  5. Review the imported asset before using it.

Current availability

Treat the integration as unavailable unless the current SmartQ UI explicitly offers an enabled connection for the account.

What happens after a Canva edit

Editing in Canva does not silently overwrite a published SmartQ asset. Return to SmartQ and use the available import/sync action to create or select the updated asset version.

What happens next

Your change is available within the scope you selected.

Warnings

  • Canva remains provider-review dependent and is not generally available. Existing SmartQ assets remain unchanged until an available Canva workflow imports or syncs an updated design version.
