Configure supported BevQ operational notifications for authorized recipients.
Steps
- Open BevQ Notifications.
- Confirm scope.
- Choose the supported event and recipients.
- Save the rule.
- Verify delivery using the available status.
Daily PDF Delivery is configuration-only
BevQ stores Daily PDF Delivery schedule configuration, but no automated delivery implementation has been identified in the current authoritative source. Do not rely on these saved settings to generate or email menu PDFs automatically. Saving configuration is not evidence that delivery is scheduled or will occur. No delivery time zone, DST handling, retry policy or delivery guarantee is established for this configuration. Use Printable Menus to preview and manually export a PDF when you need one.

Permissions and scope
- No Access hides or blocks the module. Read Only permits viewing but disables changes. Editor permits the documented create, edit, publish, or administrative actions within the user's assigned scope.

- On narrow screens, open the sidebar or overflow menu to reach the same actions; labels and save behavior are unchanged unless this article says otherwise.

Troubleshooting
- For send test and delivery errors, verify the selected scope, access level, required connection, and displayed validation or freshness status; retry once after correcting the cause, then create a context-rich Support case if it continues.
